work, at least 15 by-line clippings/photographs of the last one year, signed printout
of online form and J-FORM
Other journalists: Letter from the Editor recommending renewal, by-line clippings/photographs
of the last one year, latest salary slip, Copy of J Visa (in case of foreign journalists),
signed printout of online form and J-FORM.
Kindly ensure that that following documents have been submitted by your organization:
Daily newspaper should send
the last one month issues.
Weekly/fortnightly newspapers/journals
should send last 6 months issues.
Please attach a photocopy of RNI/ABC certificate of the latest circulation certificate.
News Agencies/Electronic media
news organizations should attach a certificate from a Chartered Accountant showing
details of annual revenue earned during the last financial year from news
stories, news based programmes. News features etc. togeather with the latest list
of subscribers and the details of payments received there-from.
